Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from FurSweep™.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as when received

  • Unused or only inspected

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, contact us at eliazzzepost@gmail.com before sending the product back.

Products returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. FurSweep™ is not responsible for return packages that are lost during transit.

The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved. Do not send returns to the address shown on the original package.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Contact us immediately at eliazzzepost@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been damaged through misuse

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Gift cards

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Contact us as soon as possible at eliazzzepost@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been submitted.

European Union and EEA Customers

Customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a legal right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer law.

This does not affect any additional rights provided under this 30-day return policy.
